Baltimore .. We Go Hard ...

So this weekend was fun .. I had a friend come up from Baltimore, Hung out and got this bad boy done

Very cool and fun Piece .. Still have a little bit to do but Almost Done ...  Also had a client come up from VA for a little smoke going around both forarms including $ and spades using neg space ...

Ended up with this bad boy ... So overall 2 fun Pieces mixed in with some others this weekend ..

So i have a few news as of now .. The New shop is now open, We are doing good still trying tobuild up a good client base since we just opened up but its good ... Really Enjoying it right now so its great ...

so i wanted to do a whole shotgun style flash sheet progressing from old pirate style shotguns to western to the modern day but i ended up scraping the rest and just keeping this one  so here it is how i finished it last night ...

First Art Show & Dear John

So last month i sent out that pitbull painting for a charity auction to benefit Chako Pitbull Rescue in San Fransisco CA. I was really happy to hear that a lot of the staff members wanted to buy the painting before the event even started. anyways heres some pictures of it at the event

Well that was this weekend, Also this weekend was thelast day at my current shop and my friend rottie came to pay me a visit so i could finish his dear john piece 

So that was my fun filled weekend. and next weekend is the new shop opening YEAH :)

Hands On

Well, I hate hands if i have 1 thing i really don't like to do its trying to draw, paint, or whatever hands ... of course mine are so powerful i cant even look at them so its hard to reference lol ... well last night i had the wifie take a few photos and so forth and did this piece below ... Its was actually really fun and instead of the usual oldschool blue or red lined tattoos on the arm i stuck with the black n grey i actually have ... so cool

so i really enjoyed doing this i wish someone would get something like this tattooed some day, that would be exciting .. speacial deal to anyone getting this tattooed .... that is all continue your daily lifes :)

5 small paintings

so heres 5 small paintings i did .. just some random stuff, trying new stuff, messin with paints just the usual .. u know

just random stuff .. spider may be going on the new business cards but maybe not we will see i guess. more paintings to do tonight and some cool tattoos this weekend i am hoping. Rottie will be coming down Saturday so we can finish his dear john one and friday i have an appointment for hopefully what turns out to be a super cool tattoo ..

Lack Of Updating

Sorry i hve been very busy at the moment ...

Currently i am working on a few paintings for trade with a few other artists. Not only that but i am in the process of switching to a new shop. The current shop i am at is just not working out for me at the moment so i decided it was time for a change. enough about that, well since im super cool i got a free pen, stamp and Postcards all with my info on it from vista print. check out the postcards i got im going to use them appointments and such

Pretty cool huh? i even used my stamp on the back side where it says "Sean Huston Tattoo Artist" def cool especially cuz i only had to pay $6 shipping and that is it. i was super excited so i got on a series of 5 paintings im doing so i can use for some buisness cards here is a preview of 1 of them ...

Simple but  nice, just the effect i am going for and while doing these paintings i looked over and seen both of my full grown pits trying to both lay on 1 chair ...

They were like that all night ...

Last night i was able to get my dogs to calm down long enough for me to paint .... im pretty pleased with this overall i wish i had a khaki color watercolor but i had to mix some browns yellows and oranges so not as clean as i woulda liked but most def works out well ....

Vans

i got my vans on and they look like sneakers ...

so here is what i was up to last night, had a little fun because i love shoes and vans are a classic so i had to do it

i think its cumming out pretty well, still debating on colors and so forth  but i think ive got it down to at least what the shoe colors are going to be ... prints may be available but im not sure if imma just let the orig painting go with no prints

Dear John

So the picture i promised here it is ...

i would have liked to finish more but dude had come up from VA and stopped by on his way back to pick up a flash sheet of mine. I ended up talking him into this and we got started. Unfortunately he had a few things he had to get done including a 5 hour drive home so i was only able to get the basics down. He will be back in 3 weeks or so for some more shading and the color. Very excited about this project Thanx Rottie

Also today a friend of mine rottie from the wonderful ink trails stopped up and got 1 of these sheets. While he was here i talked him into some pain and so i went i got to tattoo 1 of my pieces from the first flash sheet. ill post pictures tomorrow if i get the chance.
